2025.4 version release (July 2025)

New features

  • AI-Augmented Synthetic Masking

DCT now harnesses generative AI capabilities to create synthetic Secure Lookup lists for data masking. This capability is built-on an all-new, foundational AI framework that enables language models to run locally on your CPUs. Moving forward, many new enhancements will leverage this AI framework enabling the Delphix experience to take full advantage of modern AI for productivity, cost, and security improvements. To get started, visit the Delphix AI Services page.
  • Delphix Telemetry

Introducing the ability to centrally register DCT installations and share anonymous usage information with Delphix, similar to the (now legacy) engine-based Phone Home system. When enabled, you can expect faster support resolutions, proactive account management, and improved product features. To learn how to configure or understand what metadata is collected, visit the Analytics: Data and how it's used page.

  • Hook template management

You can easily import existing hook templates from your engines and re-use them directly within their dataset (provisioning and management) for all data platforms. This capability is another key milestone in effort to centralize the entire Delphix experience from CD or CC engines into DCT.

  • Perforce brand refresh

Upon installation or upgrade, all accounts will see a variety of user interface updates to align with the new Perforce branding—including fonts, colors, buttons, and logos. Please note that all workflows, APIs, and CLIs remain the same.

  • New UI for Oracle dSource data management settings

You can now view and update data management configurations, including RMAN settings, network settings, SnapSync, LogSync, and NoLogging, directly from the Data Management tab in the Oracle dSource detail view.

  • Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI)

Installation of the DCT Virtual Appliance is now supported on OCI.

  • Terraform provider

VDB Group Tags can now be added, modified, or removed to manage access control and general organization. This matches tag functionality with the other supported Terraform resources.

  • ServiceNow Spoke

The ServiceNow Yokohama release is now supported.

  • ASE support for V2P
In DCT 2025.4, support for V2P export for Sybase ASE dSources and VDBs on a physical file system has been added. The collection of new APIs allows exporting dSources or VDB databases using a snapshot, timestamp, or bookmark. A full list of API endpoints can be found at the top of the Developer resources and ingestions page.

Fixed issues

Issue ID Description
APIGW-10779 Resolved an issue where Continuous Data jobs triggered from DCT could get stuck in the "Started" state by improving reliability during concurrent VDB deletions across multiple engines.
APIGW-11906 Fixed an issue where if more than one snapshot matches the entered date or number, a message would be shown on the UI to select a snapshot from the list to proceed.
APIGW-12426 Fixed an issue where the row_count value was missing from scheduled report API responses, ensuring consistency with documentation and improving report configuration visibility.
APIGW-12893 Fixed an engine accounts import issue during the self-service migration. An empty firstName or lastName from the engine will no longer cause an error in the DCT UI.
