Take dSource snapshots in Data Control Tower

Snapshots capture the current state of a dSource and serve as provision points for virtual database creation or recovery operations.

Steps

  1. Navigate to Data > Data Management > dSources.
  2. Select a dSource, then View.
  3. Select Actions > Create Snapshot.
  4. Choose whether to refresh before taking the snapshot.
  5. Confirm the operation.
