The deploy operation failed with the error “Driver name doesn’t exist in the masking engine sfdc_eng”.

Check the driver name in the dxac_user.config file.

Either the jdbc driver with the name provided in the config file should exist or provide the driver file under the jdbc_driver directory of the resource and the name of the driver file must match with the driver name provided in the config file.

The deploy operation failed with the error “/resource/jdbc_driver/.zip doesn’t exist”.

The jdbc driver file with the name mentioned in dxac_user.config doesn’t exist under the jdbc_driver folder. Please ensure that the jdbc driver file with the name mentioned in dxac_user.config exists under the jdbc_driver folder if -ud/–upload-driver option is used. If the jdbc driver exists in the masking engine please mention the driver name in the dxac_user.config file.

The deploy operation failed with the error “Invalid database credentials”

Check the salesforce credential and security token provided as the command line argument to the deploy command. If the credential and security token are correct, check the value of SSLServerCert in the jdbc url which is present in the connector.properties file under the connector folder.

The subsequent masking job failed even when the deploy command completed successfully.

Check the rtk value in the jdbc url present in the connector.properties file under the <location_to_resource/resource/connector> folder if you are running Delphix Masking Engine 6.0.17 or less. Use an OEM enabled driver for Delphix Masking Engine versions 7.0.0 and above
