Create Cassandra source configurations in Data Control Tower

Source configurations define which Cassandra instances can be ingested as dSources. You must create source configurations in Data Control Tower (DCT) before linking a dSource.

Steps

  1. Open the target Cassandra environment.
  2. Go to the Data tab.
  3. Expand an Cassandra installation.
  4. Select the source database.
  5. Enter a source configuration name.
  6. Select Save.

Result

The source configuration appears under the Cassandra installation.
